Effectively partner and advise IT, Operations, Engineering, and Finance sponsors and stakeholders involved with integrated Quote to Cash engagements (CRM, CPQ, CLM, & Billing).

My role as Product Manager focused on Self-Service, Internal Tools, Integrations, and Business Systems to support the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams in Finance, Billing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, and Engineering by creating requirements, designing, and driving scalable solutions to satisfy the business’ evolving needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across organizations, ranging from support engineers and call center supervisors to channel partners and C level executives, to set deliverables and iteratively define business process rules that assist in developing realistic product roadmaps while adaptively delivering solutions that drive efficiency.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives. Manage a backlog for 10 software engineers and dozens of stakeholders accounting for over $1M in technology investments supporting 100+ end users. Lead a small team of business analysts responsible for administration work of business systems.
